Sharpens Knife Blade made of Steel, Carbon Steel & Hardened Steel Alloys
This tool sharpens all Knives with diamond precision. It can also sharpen hardened knives such as Global & Sabatier. This Manual Knife sharpener can be used for sharpening all types of kitchen knife - Vegetable, Meat, Fish & Chef Knives. It can also sharpen Serrated knives (e.g.: Bread knives, hunting knives, etc.)
Very safe one-handed use, Power Grip suction attaches securely to any flat surface, and requires only gentle pressure. It is designed to be compact and to occupy less space in your kitchen. Fits in the drawer easily at 60mm diameter and 60mm high.
USAGE INSTRUCTION
1.Place the Knife Sharpener on a flat & clean surface.
2.To lock the Knife Sharpener on the surface, hold it firmly with one hand & push the lever down.
3.Keep the base of the knife blade on the sharpener and slowly draw the knife towards you. Repeat this step for 3-4 times. DO NOT PUSH THE KNIFE FORWARD/ AWAY FROM YOU.
4.Lift the lever to unlock the Knife Sharpener and store it.
